Secret History of the Ottoman Sultans

Hides in closets and peeks through keyholes.
For six hundred years, the Ottoman palace was one of the most heavily guarded fortifications in the history of the world, protecting information and secrets that directed the lives of millions of people across three continents. It is this same fortress which Mustafa Armağan sneaks the reader into through a back door, so that if they are careful, they may catch a glimpse of what goes on inside. Who gave Sultan Abdul Hamid II’s favorite horse to a Bulgarian bandit as a reward? Which Sultan warned his people about the harmful effects of smoking? When Sultan Vahdettin was dethroned, what sinister word did he utter? A history book that is impossible to put down.
