Hakan Kağan

Hakan Kağan
Born in 1974 in the Gürbüzler village of Selim, Kars, Kağan completed his primary school in the Gürbüzler village and secondary school at Konya Gazi High School. In 1998, he graduated from the Abant İzzet Baysal University and started working as a Special Education Teacher in Kırıkkale. Hakan Kağan is still teaching and has been on duty as an education officer in the in-house seminars organized by the Ministry of Education for the education of the administrators and teachers. He also conducts seminars on special education, family education and guidance. He is married and has three children.
