The Days That Changed History

This book lets you live through the days that may have begun like any other, but ended up as water-shed moments of epic proportions. Days like the fall of Constantinople, the dismemberment of the Ottoman empire, the fall of Saigon, the fall of the Shah in Iran, the collapse of the Soviet Union, September 11th, the fall of Baghdad in 2003 and many more. It shows how the events of a single day can shape the future in a myriad of ways. Some of the events mark the end of an era while others paved the way for something new to begin, and while many are blood-drenched battles, others are momentous decisions or breathtaking discoveries. Together, they are remembered as powerful symbols of their time and pivotal moments in world history.
